Being witnessed in our vulnerability in a safe space is an essential gift to give to ourselves u0026 each other. It nourishes us allowing us to show up for our relationships u0026 responsibilities feeling less drained more inspired uplifted u0026 enriched.

Life will inevitably continue presenting us with challenges this is how we grow but when we are rooted in our values in self-love in sisterhood u0026 in close connection with nature we can better face u0026 embrace the difficult moments from a place of greater clarity u0026 wisdom knowing we are not alone.
