I help people feel empowered so that they can step into their purpose and path with confidence and resilience in order to live a life by design and be a contributor of goodness in this world.

As a yoga teacher for 20 years and a High Performance Coach it is my passion to empower individuals to remember and know that they have greatness in them that they are worth the effort it takes to excavate that greatness and to believe in themselves as they pursue their passion purpose and vision for life.
