The goal of this community is to provide a place outside the hospital for peer to peer mentorship for new and experienced nurses while offering a safe place to share experiences wins and struggles of being in critical care.

Over the last ten years of working in the ICU and flight I realized that the times I felt the best about my job was when I was with my people reminiscing about the shit we just did. Whether you’re just starting out or feeling burnt you belong here.
